The CtK 2025 STEWARDSHIP CAMPAIGN

Dear Christ the King family and friends,

​

This fall, we invite you to join us in Transforming Blessings into Mission, our 2025 Stewardship theme that calls us to recognize God’s abundant gifts and respond with joyful action. Stewardship is more than financial giving; it’s a whole life response to God’s grace. It’s how we turn gratitude into impact.

​

Each of us has been blessed in unique ways. Some of us have time to offer a listening ear, a helping hand, a few hours to serve. Others have talents that enrich our ministries teaching, music, hospitality, leadership, craftsmanship, and care. And many give generously of their financial resources, helping sustain the programs and spaces that nurture faith and community. Stewardship is the invitation to bring all these gifts together, not out of obligation, but out of joy. When we share what we’ve been given, we become part of something larger than ourselves: the living mission of Christ the King.

We officially kick off this year’s Stewardship pledge campaign on Sunday, October 19, and conclude with Consecration Sunday, November 16. During this season, we ask you to take stock of your blessings -  time, talent, and treasure - and prayerfully consider how they might be transformed into blessings for others and for the mission of our church.

​

This year, we are placing special emphasis on Time and Talent. Our church thrives because of the many hands and hearts that serve. Whether you’re setting up chairs, mentoring youth, baking communion bread, or leading a Bible study, your contribution matters. If you’ve ever wondered whether your skills or schedule could make a difference, the answer is yes. Every act of service helps build a church that is vibrant, inclusive, and mission driven.

 

We also invite you to consider proportional giving a spiritual practice that aligns your financial support with your blessings. A simple way to begin is to look at your calendar and your checkbook, and ask: Do these reflect the values I hold most dear? Giving proportionally helps us respond faithfully, regardless of income level, and ensures that our shared mission is supported with consistency and care.

Our Church Council continues to steward our shared resources with prayerful diligence. Every pledge of time, talent, or treasures supports our mission in Worship and Music, Learning, Youth, Service, Witness, Congregational Life, and Fellowship. With increased participation and generosity, we can grow these ministries and bless even more lives.

​

To those who already give so generously: thank you. Your faithfulness is the foundation of our ministry. You are Transforming Blessings into Mission every day, and we are deeply grateful.
